    Rewrote home + room pages around “Napili” / “Napili Hotel” / “West Maui beachfront hotel”. Added LocalBusiness + Hotel + AggregateRating schema. Tied each room to its own Service entity with bookable info.

    Reels, story takeovers, and lifestyle photo content produced by Matt Bryant (videographer) and edited by Slade Salisbury — posted on a calendar by Kailani. Built recognition + repeat visits + direct DM bookings.

    Track + iterate

    Weekly GBP performance check, monthly content review, quarterly site audit. The hotel kept climbing through 2025 as we deepened the topical map (Napili snorkeling, Kapalua weddings, post-fire West Maui recovery).
